General Policy

Products can be returned within 25 days return/refund period (after order arrived), but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging.

Cash refund are NOT allowed unless due to faulty products. All refund will be issued via store credit with 1 year validity. 

We reserves the rights to reject any refunds if the return item doesn’t meet above conditions.
