Free Delivery
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery. Any damages, issues, or complaints should be reported to us immediately.
Repair Services
For goods no longer covered under warranty, the customer will bear any applicable repair costs. These charges are payable upon collection of the goods.
Delivery Timeframe
We will deliver stocked items within 12-15 working days. Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that during flash sale events (e.g., GSS Sale, 11.11, 12.12) and the Christmas season, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Terms and Conditions for Delivery:
Customer’s Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is accurate, that someone is available to accept the delivery, and that a safe location is provided for the items if they are to be left without a recipient.
We are not liable for items once the delivery is completed, either with a recipient present or through the alternative delivery method (e.g., leaving the items at a doorstep or other location).
Delivery Process
We will make every effort to deliver your items to the address provided during checkout on the scheduled delivery date.
Delivery times and dates are estimated and may vary depending on circumstances such as weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.
Customer Availability
We require someone to be present at the delivery address to receive the items. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the delivery may be rescheduled or left at the doorstep or a secure location, at the discretion of the delivery team.
If the customer is unavailable, the delivery service may charge an additional fee for redelivery.
Missing or Stolen Items
Once the delivery has been made and the items are left at the designated location, responsibility for the items is transferred to the customer.
If the customer is not at home during delivery and the items are left at the location, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items after the delivery has been completed.
We recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the items or that a secure delivery location is specified.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer’s absence or incorrect address, we may charge a redelivery fee.
If the delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the items may be returned to our warehouse, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or other events that may prevent us from fulfilling our delivery obligations.
